This is an homage to the famous Tudor Black Bay Bronze. It replicates the general look and feel quite well, without crossing any lines of copy cat or worse.
Comes on nice thick leather strap to match.
Keeps amazing time see TimeGrapher photo. Not sure what type of movement is inside but it is automatic, has hand winding too, and hacks (second hand stops when crown is pulled out all the way).
