Vintage Handmade Embroidered Sweater Jacket Village Farmer Setting OOAK

This stunning piece is such a fantastic find! It is definitely handmade and likely one of a kind! I don’t know the exact age or materials used, nor whether it was hand, woven, or machine stitched, though the embroidery does seem to be done by hand. The colors are not as bright as they look in the pictures, and this piece appears to be very vintage! There are a few minor flaws, such as some spots that may or may not come out in the wash. However, as I am unsure of the exact material, I do not want to wash it. I believe that it is either a very high-quality type of felt, but more likely wool. There is no size so I've done my best to provide measurements.
