This vintage lavender polkadot blouse by the Tokyo-based brand Masa Muro features a modified Peter Pan collar, shoulder pads, and a double row of elegant, pearlized buttons. It is designed with dolman/batwing sleeves and a cropped length. Made of what appears to be a linen polyester blend fabric.
